Pleated fabric folded into a honeycomb of sealed cells, each one holding a pocket of still air against the glass. The quietest shade to raise and the one that keeps a room warm through a Toronto January, then cool through the west light of July.

The Measure Of Light

The weave decides everything else: glare on a screen, whether the tower across the street can see in after dark, how warm a west facing room becomes in August. We bring the full scale to your residence and hold it against your own glass.

Every piece in the collection is offered manual or motorized. Four ways to move it, and no wrong answer. We fit the one that suits the height of the window and the people in the room.
Cordless
A hidden spring within the tube. Nothing hangs and nothing tangles, and it meets Canadian child safety rules without a retrofit.
Continuous Chain
A metal chain with a tensioned wall anchor. The quiet workhorse for tall windows, and the most economical way to dress a great deal of glass.
Motorized
A near silent tube motor on a rechargeable battery, commanded by remote, app, or a schedule that follows the sun through your residence.
Wall Switch
For new builds and renovations: hardwired motors on a low voltage keypad, so the shades share a plate with the lighting.
