  • Is the consultation truly complimentary?

    It is. A consultant comes to you with the sample book, measures every opening and leaves. There is no fee and no obligation to proceed, and a good many people take the proposal away and decide at their leisure.

  • How long from the visit to finished windows?

    Two to three weeks in most cases. Motorized systems and unusually wide pieces can take a week longer, and we tell you which you are on before you place the order.

  • Do you work in buildings with a concierge?

    Constantly. Give us the building and we will book the service elevator and file the certificate of insurance with property management ourselves.

  • Will you take the old blinds away?

    Yes. Removal and disposal are part of the installation. The residence is left as we found it, and the packaging leaves with us.

  • What if a piece is wrong when it arrives?

    If it is our measurement or our making, we remake it at our cost. That is precisely what the five year warranty covers, labour included.
