Zebra Shades

Our west wall was basically unusable after 4pm. Prince came out, looked at it for about two minutes and said zebra, and he was right. We still get the lake view but the room isn't a fishbowl at night anymore. Measured on a Tuesday, in three weeks later, done before lunch.

Old warehouse building, not one window the same width. Prince measured every opening separately instead of assuming, and the finished shades line up dead straight across the whole wall. Worth doing properly.

11 windows on one scene. The whole floor closes in under a minute and nobody has to stand on a chair. Six months in and it still feels like a small luxury every evening. My husband was skeptical about the motors, he's converted.

41st floor, glass on two sides, afternoon sun made the living room a no go zone. The zebras take the glare out without taking the lake away. They set the schedule up on my phone before they left so I didn't have to figure it out.

Nine windows in our semi, all cordless, all fitted inside the frames so the trim still shows. Jake brought the sample books to the house and we picked in our own light, which honestly made all the difference. The colour I liked in the showroom photos would've been wrong.

Corner suite, glass on two sides. The zebras open a bit after sunrise and close before the evening glare and the living room finally works at every hour of the day. Took about 20 minutes for them to set the schedules up with us.

Took a while to book because I kept putting it off, not their fault. Once I did, Prince was at the house two days later, and the shades were in about two and a half weeks after that. Every window in the house and the kitchen one over the sink that I thought was a lost cause.
